Cangzhou Hongxing Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. manufactures plastic bottles, jars and closures for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic products. From our factory in Dusheng Town, Cang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, we supply brand owners, contract fillers and distributors with stock molds, custom tooling and export documentation from a single source.

Who We Are

We are located in an established plastic packaging cluster in northern China, where resin supply, mold making, decoration and logistics sit within a short distance. That lets us move a new bottle from drawing to sample in weeks and keep a mature product supplied for years. Our team covers product development, mold engineering, injection and blow molding, decoration, quality control and export documentation, so one organisation handles a project from first enquiry to repeat order.

What We Manufacture

Nine product series, each engineered for a specific dosage form or application:

• Solid Pill Bottles — HDPE rounds, ovals and square-shoulder bottles with child-resistant or standard caps and induction seals.
• Liquid Medicine Bottles — HDPE and PET bottles for syrups and oral liquids, with measuring cups or dosing spoons.
• Spray Bottles — fine mist and jet packs for nasal, throat and topical sprays.
• Dropper Bottles — bottle, pipette and teat sets for serums, oils and paediatric drops.
• Ointment Jars — wide-mouth PP and HDPE jars with screw lids, gaskets or induction sealing.
• Powder Bottles — wide-mouth containers with sifter inserts for nutritional and pharmaceutical powders.
• Sample Bottles — small-capacity packs for sampling, travel kits and clinical supply.
• Sealing Jars — tamper-evident bands, security rings and locking closures.
• Cosmetic Bottles — cream jars, dome-lid jars, lotion pumps, airless packs and roll-on bottles.

Materials, Processes and Quality

HDPE is our default for pharmaceutical solids and liquids because it resists moisture, tolerates most formulation ingredients and does not shatter. PP is used for hot filling and wide-mouth jars, PET and PETG where clarity matters, and PS and ABS for cosmetic jars and caps where gloss and rigidity take priority. Parts run on injection molding, extrusion blow molding or injection blow molding, with screen and pad printing, hot stamping, coating, frosting, metallisation and assembly handled in house or with long-standing partners. Keeping decoration close to molding shortens sampling and reduces handling damage.

Quality control follows the part through the plant. Incoming resin is checked against its declared grade, first-off samples are measured against the drawing, and in-process checks cover weight, dimensions, neck ovality, closure fit and appearance. Finished goods are sampled for seal integrity, drop resistance and capping torque, with results recorded against the batch. Batch traceability links every carton to its production date, machine, cavity and resin lot.

Documentation includes material declarations, certificates of analysis, dimensional reports, safety data sheets and declarations of compliance, with third-party migration testing arranged at an accredited laboratory where a registration file requires it.

Custom Development

Most projects are customised, and the route is predictable: brief and feasibility review, 3D model and drawing with stated tolerances, trial samples assembled with the intended closure, seal and drop validation, then production against the approved sample. Where tooling investment must stay low we start from an existing mold and differentiate through colour, decoration and closure; where a distinctive shape is central to the brand we build a dedicated tool, with ownership and maintenance terms agreed before the first cut.
