Cangzhou Hongxing Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. manufactures plastic bottles and jars for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic products. From our plant in Cangzhou, Hebei, we produce HDPE pill bottles, liquid medicine bottles, spray and dropper bottles, ointment jars, powder containers, sample sizes, tamper-evident jars and a full cosmetic range of cream jars, lotion pumps and roll-on bottles. Mold development, molding, decoration and assembly are handled in one place, so bottle, closure and decoration are matched before production rather than after. Every batch is inspected for neck dimensions, seal integrity and capping torque, and shipped with the documentation your market requires.

Manufacturing
Injection molding, blow molding and in-house decoration
Bottles, jars and closures are produced on injection molding, extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding equipment, then decorated in house by silk screen, pad printing, hot stamping or spray coating. Keeping molding and decoration under one roof shortens sampling and carries less handling damage than moving parts between suppliers.
Quality
Inspection and documentation from resin to shipment
Incoming resin is checked against its declared grade, first-off parts are measured before a run continues, and finished goods are sampled for seal, drop and torque performance. Batch records link each carton to its machine, cavity and resin lot, and export documentation is prepared for the destination market.
